Parking permit provided, left on kitchen table for one car in car park 5 mins walk away during summer months (1st April - 30th September). Roadside parking available during the winter months. Shared, elevated decked area with furniture available until 30th August 2019. Sorry, no pets and no smoking. Shop and pub 1 min walk. Note: Sloping ceilings in bedrooms. Note: Elevated decked area is accessed via 24 external steps. Note: The decked area is shared with the adjacent cottage, but does have designated seating areas. Note: Check-in 4pm. Note: The Garden with shared seating is included until 30th August 2019, after this there will no longer be a seating area available.
